Rhino and bird lidded vessel

A sculptural rhinoceros lounges across the lid, accompanied by brightly coloured weaver birds, bringing movement, character and storytelling to every angle of the piece.

Hand-built and individually painted, the vessel is adorned with vibrant floral motifs and richly textured details in warm yellows, soft corals, sage greens and inky black linework. The sculpted rhino feet form the base, while layered flowers and foliage wrap around the body, creating a piece that invites closer inspection and reveals new details with every viewing.
