Shipping policy
1. Shipping rates and fees
- Free local shipping on all orders over R1 250.
- Shipping costs for orders below R1 250 will be calculated at checkout.
- International shipping rates will be calculated and communicated to the buyer. Please contact us before placing the order.
- All orders are shipped via courier.
- We do not charge any handling fees.
2. Processing and delivery times
- There is a lead time of 10 to 14 days on our light shades.
- For all other products, orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes:
- 1 – 3 business days for main cities.
- Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
- All orders are shipped via courier delivery.
- Orders are shipped only on business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.
3. Shipping carriers and tracking
- We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
- Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.
4. Shipping destinations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing an order for international delivery options.
5. Failed deliveries and returns
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
